Presidents
GLA has had 18 presidents since its inception. The tenure of a President is two years and is subject to renewal for another two years. The 16th President was elected unanimously in December 2006. Each President, starting from the first, has drawn plans for the realization of the objectives of the Association as enshrined in Association’s Constitution. The “outdooring” of this vision is now termed the Presidential Lecture/Address, which is usually done at the British Council Hall in Accra.
